With over 35 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimising electronics manufacturing processes, Mr. Paarminder Singh is a trusted name in SMT technology, process engineering, and plant setup across India.

In 1990, he achieved a landmark milestone — commissioning India's first fully automatic SMT line, integrating printer, pick & place machines, reflow oven, wave soldering machine, ICT machine, and water cleaning deionizer plant in complete automated sequence. Prior to this, SMT equipment existed in India only in isolated form.

From greenfield EMS plant setup to yield recovery from critical defect levels, his work spans the full spectrum of electronics manufacturing — from the shop floor to the boardroom.
